Sheriff #2 steps in front of Ramsey, blocking the car. SHERIFF #2 Sir, I told you. You can’t. Ramsey takes the Eugine’s cap. This must bring back some memories for you I bet? You guys probably get in a lot of trouble if someone steals your cap and you don’t do anything about it?
